Invitations Order Form
- Please
complete our order form below with your order details and
provide us with your font and ink selections. You can
order matching items as well. Once you click on the submit
button, you will be directed to submit a $25.00 non-refundable
deposit towards our preparing an electronic proof of your
invitation and matching RSVP card, plus up to 3 subsequent
revisions if necessary. Additional proofs
will be provided at $15.00 each.
Order
Processing Timeline
Please
keep in mind our designs are individually handmade which means
we cut the materials, adhere, and sometimes create embellishments here.
Please order with ample time for your event.
It
is advised that invitation orders be placed within 4-9 months
from the event to allow for ample time for production, delivery
and your mailing.
During peak seasons we produce orders between the time we receive your approval on
the proof and payment for your order, and the 'date order needed by'
date you provide us on the order form below. Minimum
window required is one month for orders of up to 60
invitations. There is a two-month order processing
requirement for orders of 61 or more invitations.
In a RUSH?
We can process your
order in 10 - 21 business days. Just indicate on the order
form that you are placing a RUSH request. There is a
$250.00 fee for all RUSH orders. Applicable overnight
delivery charges will be included in your invoice also. We
may not be able to process RUSH requests during peak season,
however. We will notify you if your RUSH request can be
honored prior to accepting your order.
We
ship 10% extra envelopes with every order - FREE.
Ordering
Options
If
you wish for us to customize our design in any way, or would
like to order matching Reception Cards, Map/Direction Cards,
Insert Cards etc.., please let us know on the 'comments' section
on the order form below and provide us with the text for these
as well and we'll prepare proofs for these also. You can
email us maps by utilizing our "Write Us!" links
featured throughout this page. We accept image files in
jpg and gif format. Please make sure these are sharp and
large enough for us to scale down to fit a 3.5 x 5 card where it
will still print crisp and sharp for you. These cost $.75
each.
If
you do not need RSVP cards, just indicate "Not needed"
on the RSVP field below, also on the RSVP return address field
below. We will issue an invoice reflecting your omission
of these items. Generally $1.50 - $2.00 are deducted per
invitation Set.
Other
Services
We
offer Printed Guest Addressing Services for invitation envelopes
at an additional $1.00 per envelope and Printed Guest Name
services for Place Cards for an additional $1.00 per Place
Card. if you are interested in these additional services,
please indicate so in the Comments section of the Order Form
below. We will then provide you with instructions as to
the acceptable format for the guest list.
We
also offer mailing services for you for an additional $200.00,
plus the cost of postage for each invitation, plus the cost of
guest addressing each envelope as stated above. This
fee covers our adhering postage on all RSVP envelopes, inserting
invitation materials into their envelopes, sealing, adhering the
postage on main envelope and taking to local postal office.

We
offer secure online ordering.
All
major credit cards and electronic checks accepted by PayPal.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to submit your payment
securely. It is a secure online system for processing
credit card payments.

What
happens when we receive your order
When
we receive your completed order form, we prepare an electronic
proof for your approval and respond to any comments or questions
you may have. The proof and response can occur anywhere
between minutes from your sending your completed order form, to
a day except on weekends. Orders received over the
weekend will be handled that Monday.
We
then issue an invoice via PayPal for the total for your order,
plus shipping.
Once
we receive your approval on the proof, and your payment, we can
start on your order.
When your order is ready for shipping, we issue another email
with your order's tracking number so that you can anticipate
delivery.
